Mark has over 30 years’ experience as a businessman. With over two decades experience in financial services and more recently five years experience in the real estate industry.
Mark was Chief Investment Officer of a private investment firm with $1 billion plus of liquid and illiquid assets including shares, property, infrastructure, fixed income, hedge funds and other alternate assets (both domestic and overseas). His roles included chairing investment committees, managing large teams of researchers, and managing the development and deployment of new investment products to market for over two decades.
At a base level he is a researcher, travelling for years to the major investment hubs to meet, research and rate investment firms including – New York, Boston, London, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Sydney.
Mark was general manager of a real estate agency with $150 million annual property for four years. He is a licensed real estate agent in NSW, Victoria and Queensland.
Mark has also successfully created and promoted over ten events. His passion for new ideas, innovation and helping people is why he loves the Property Buyer & Investor Expo.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Economics major) University of Technology, Sydney. He has a certificate in Viticulture studies and is RG146 compliant.
Sarah has over 14 years experience in marketing and events – primarily in the funds management, banking, insurance and IT industries. Throughout that time she has been a project manager, marketing manager, event manager, publisher and product manager.
Sarah has worked for big brands and smaller business. She has launched multiple brands, built and delivered too many promotions and managed to budget a number of high profile events. With a background in marketing and communications Sarah has developed a passion for delivering great ideas en masse. It is her passion for helping people with the learning process and investments that excites Sarah about working with the Property Buyer & Investment Expo.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and is currently completing an MBA (Business Law and Strategic Management).
Kylie is the CEO and owner at Mayhem. Her main focus is to oversee the larger client needs and keep Mayhem‘s staff fresh, innovative and continually growing and learning. Previously Kylie was a Creative Manager at Aust. Consolidated Press. With over 20 years’ experience Kylie is extremely passionate about the work she does and the clients Mayhem choose to work with.
