Renovating can be a stressful experience to say the least. Two people who know this reality more than most are Mitch Edwards and Mark McKie, seasoned house flippers and contestants on this year’s The Block.

Mitch and Mark will be at this year’s Property Buyer & Investor Expo in Sydney, sharing what they’ve learnt from completing over 15 renovations together.

The couple from Bondi have made their mark this season of The Block changing layouts and running their own game. We are excited to have Mitch and Mark talk about the lessons they’ve learnt both on The Block and over the span of their renovating careers. Together 14 years, Mitch and Mark have been flipping properties, 15 in total, since they were just over a year into their relationship. They’ve worked on a range of renovations in Sydney’s inner-east, with budgets ranging from $30,000 to $250,000.

“The way we operate under pressure is pretty different but it works,” says Mark. “Mitch always thinks there’s a solution for everything, and he’s very positive. He’s a problem solver. I will say let’s work through it. Give me the facts, we’ll get to a decision.”

So come along and listen to an insightful session on the trials and tribulations of renovating for profit. Mitch and Mark will be answering audience questions and will also be available for a meet and greet after their session.
