After careful consideration, the management team has decided that all stakeholders would receive a better return on their investment if the date was moved. Much of the event PR and advertising spend would also be lost amongst the election noise. There are many questions being asked by property investors about tax implications, superannuation and general government changes if there is a change of government. These questions also further support the reasons why the date has been changed.
All of the event details will remain the same: floor plans, key note speakers, strategic partnerships, staging etc. We are committed to creating two premier events for the property industry underpinned by an education focus.
Over 5,000 people attended the 2015 Sydney expo with over 6,000 people registering which resulted in very positive customer reviews and exhibitor feedback. The Melbourne event is expected to attract similar interest.
Both events will feature exclusive residential and commercial property offers in high profile projects both locally and overseas, a VIP lounge to meet the experts, educational and controversial speaker topics, 30 and 60 minute property masterclasses, expert discussion panels with hot topics and live auctions showcasing the very latest apartments and home projects.
Sydney’s event will continue on the same dates: 21 – 23 October 2016 at Sydney Showgrounds, Sydney Olympic Park.
Please do call me if you have any questions regarding either of the events.
